I'm loving working on Flex with Esri.
Just continue with your great work and your blog.
Thanks to the whole Esri Flex team for this powerful Api.

Hi Mansour,

Is there a possibility of adding Virtual Earth / Google Maps as base layer in an ESRI Flex Application. I am trying out the FlexViewer application. If it is possible, can you give me some pointers on how to go about it.

Next release will have native VE support :-) expect to hear some good news at the dev summit - in the meantime - you can subclass TiledLayer and do your own direct access - BUT this is a violation of the term of use of VE and Google tiles.

thanks a lot Mansour. Can we expect this to be in this month's summit? Btw, the flex api is awesome. Keep up the great work.

A little bit after - we are putting the final touches on docs and samples and we should be in good shape
